The Midwest Lost Ski Areas Project dates it from 1965 to 1989 and gives it 130 feet of vertical; for 1987 it lists two rope tows and two chairlifts, one of them a quad. A Xenia Gazette story of September 1965, listed on that page, reported the ski lodge due to open that winter. Skimap.org holds trail maps from 1978 and 1987.1,2,3
A skier who learned there wrote in 2017 that local schoolchildren could buy very cheap passes and ski the small, icy hill after school, and that the area is now a housing development. In 1990 the ski lodge and 4 acres were given to the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Park District, which renovated the lodge in 1991 as a community center.2,4
