History
Written by aurora.ski from the 1 page below, each sentence numbered to its sources.
Linda and Richard Legere cleared a hill in their back yard in North Berwick and put in a used handle tow bought from the town of Biddeford, first for family and friends and later for the public. Several trails dropped about 110 feet, and one visitor rated the top third of the hill as expert terrain. In 1998 a day ticket cost $5 and a season pass $50.1
The family sold the property in 2007 and skiing ended about then. The tow went to Mount Jefferson, and the new owners did not use the hill for skiing.1
